Tracy Carroll

Accompanist / Harpsichord

Tracy Carroll, the accompanist for the Fort Worth Baroque Society, is an accomplished and gifted pianist. She is also the rehearsal accompanist for the SW Seminary Master Chorale (formerly SW Seminary Oratorio Chorus) where she has served since 1992. She also served as a staff accompanist for the SW Seminary for many years.

Mrs. Carroll is the harpsichordist for the annual performance of Handel’s Messiah at Bass Performance Hall with the Fort Worth Symphony.

She has collaborated with many renowned conductors such as Donald Neuen, John Rutter, Laszlo Heltay, Anton Armstrong, Sir David Willcocks, Jonathan Willcocks, John Giordano, and Miguel Harth-Bedoya.

Mrs. Carroll spends her day as the head director of the Brooks Wester Middle School in the Mansfield ISD.  She has been a frequent winner of UIL Sweepstakes at both the middle school and at Summit High School where she served as assistant for nine years.

Mrs. Carroll holds a Bachelor of Music in piano performance from Oklahoma Baptist University and has completed coursework for a Master’s in Vocal Coaching and accompanying from University of North Texas where she studied with Harold Heiberg and held the post of Opera teaching fellow.
